Accessing the official portal to complete contract registration, make fee payments, or perform contract verifications requires Standard eKey login access.

You should prepare the signed lease contract, party identification documents, exact unit and address details, and official evidence of authority if an agent or representative is acting for any party. Double-check that all key terms—such as rent amount, lease duration, start date, and renewal clauses—are consistent across all documents.  

Registration is complete only when you retain the official registration confirmation, payment receipt, and reference number. A saved draft application or an unconfirmed payment attempt does not count as proof of registration.
